How to Play the Big Ticket

Get tickets for a raffle when you buy your Big Ticket. You will receive a six-digit ticket when you purchase each Big Ticket and all the six-digit tickets will be put in a drum which they select randomly on the day of the event.  One ticket will be drawn as the winner of the jackpot or the dream prize, and there are various smaller cash prizes available too.

With a chance to win in large cash prizes, there is no limit to the number of tickets that can be sold. They must be bought for special draws but the number available is announced before they go on sale.

Dubai Big Ticket is a lucky draw conducted by Ab u Dhabi Airport and Duty-Free authorities.  It is often termed as Dubai Big Ticket.  The draw was started in the year 1992 at Abudhabi airport premises.  The reason for starting raffle draw in airports was due to the special zone privilege airports are having in the UAE.  Earlier, lotteries were not allowed in the mainland of the United Arab Emirates.

Emirates Draw:

Emirates Draw is a weekly draw drawn every Sunday. This is the highest paying lucky draw in the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Region.  The bumper prize is AED 100,000,000/- Dirhams.  The prize is not carried forward if there is no winner for a draw.  To win this, one needs to purchase a ticket online by paying AED 50/-.  The entry ticket will have 7 single digits selected from 0 to 9 in a particular order.  This becomes a figure that can be anything from 0000000 to 9999999. 

If the machine drawing number matches with the ticket purchased, the ticket owner gets the prize.  Whoever matches all 7 numbers in the correct order, will win the jackpot of AED 100,000,000/-.  There is a second prize of AED 777,777/- for matching 6 numbers in the correct order and the 3rd prize winner will get AED 77,777/- for matching 5 numbers.  The 4th prize winner needs to match 4 digits correctly to get AED 7,777/- and the last prize of AED 777/- is for those who match the last 3 digits correctly.

Mahzooz:

Mahzooz is the first weekly draw of Saturday.  The first prize is AED 10 million now.  Earlier it was AED 50 million.  The second prize is AED 1 million and the 3rd Prize is AED 350.  There are 3 consolation prizes of AED 100,000/- each for 3 persons.  For getting the first prize, one needs to match 5 out of 5 numbers written on balls that are drawn by a machine every week. 

The second prize winner needs to match 4 Digits and 3^rd prize winner needs to match 3 digits.  Consolation prize winners are selected from purchased tickets randomly.

Dubai Duty Free:

This is the oldest lucky draw in the UAE.  Initially, it was available to only those who travels through Dubai Airports.  Later its locations expanded to all entry points of UAE and further came to Online Trading.  Now anyone from any whitelisted country (by UAE) can purchase the lucky draw ticket and win USD 1 Million. (3.67 million Dirhams). 

The ticket price is AED 1,000/- per entry.  Only 5000 tickets are drawn in every lucky draw.  Once the 5000 tickets are sold off of a particular series, the draw happens.

This is the biggest Airport Draw in the UAE.  It is drawn on every 3^rd day of the month.  The ticket price is AED 500/- per entry.  If two tickets are bought for AED1,000/-, then a third ticket comes completely free.  The chances are 3 when buying 2. 

The highest amount that can win varies from draw to draw.  Also, the coming draw of series 233 is having AED 15 million as first prize and series 234 is having AED 10 million as first prize.

Little Draw:

• Rolling Ball Draw – Participants need to select three-digit number from three cylinders.  Each cylinder has 10 digits starting from 0 (zero) to 9 (nine).  If the machine drawn number is the three-digit number selected by the participant, that ticket wins 250 times of ticket price as prize.  Not only that, if your number is in reverse order to the drawn pattern, you get the second prize.  There is third prize also – even your selected numbers are in different jumbled order also, you win the third prize.  These all are subject to terms and conditions such as same digit in all cylinders, the number reads same straight and reverse etc.
• Raffle Draw – Similarly this gives a chance to win 1 million Dirhams on 28^th December and 28^th June every year.  One million is the largest amount to win depending on the ticket value.  If the original ticket that has AED 100/- value and the mega prize will be 10,000-fold – that is AED 1,000,000.  Moreover the AED 10/- ticket will get a mega prize of AED 100,000/-.  AED 20 & 50 tickets will get mega raffle prize of AED 200,000/- and 500,000/- respectively if won.
