For Claiming Prize, there are certain terms and conditions to meet. The Total number of tickets is limited to 5000 numbers. Other than the upper limit of the total number of tickets printed for a drawn series, and the draw date clauses, the following are the other details:
- Non-Transferable: The ticket purchased for a particular series will be valid only for that series only. Under any circumstances, the ticket is not transferable to another draw or series.
- Online Tickets: For those who purchased online tickets, an E-ticket will be mailed to the purchaser at his or her registered e-mail. This happens soon after he or she makes the payment online.
- Publishing Name: The participant’s name and other details such as Nationality, Winning ticket number, etc. will publish on Dubai Duty free’s official website which is www.dubaidutyfree.com, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Claiming Prize: The winner needs to show their original passport for verification upon winning the prize. The winner can claim the prize by providing the original winning ticket or E-Ticket if it’s an online purchase. Proof of purchase and photocopy of the passport also need to submit to the officials.
- Winner: Only the person whose name is printed or written on the ticket will get the prize money. He or She will get the amount transferred to their bank account.
In situations that are unavoidable, Dubai Duty Free may not sell tickets or cancel the draw and return all the money to participants.
